Our terms and conditions

Our prices and delivery services are subject to the following terms and conditions. These apply to all future transacations, even those that have not yet been conducted. Deviations from our terms and conditions are only valid with our written confirmation. Should any of these terms and conditions be invalid in part or in whole, the remaining terms and conditions remain unaffected.

Shipping and delivery

Items are generally sent on receipt of payment unless otherwise agreed. We reserve the right to choose the route and carrier as circumstances permit. Our stated delivery times are non-binding. Should delivery be late, the customer is entitled to set a reasonable extension. Customer claims for damages are excluded.

Delivery issues and force majeure

Riots, operating disruptions of any kind, traffic delays, orders by higher authorities, force majeure events, strikes, walkouts, lockouts, and shortages of raw materials, semifinished materials and labor that effect production, shipping or the completion of a transaction permit us, at our discretion, to delay delivery in accordance with the duration and impact of the issue or withdraw from the contract in part or in whole at any time. Customer claims for damages or subsequent delivery are excluded.

Prices and payment terms

All orders are charged at the prices valid on the day of ordering unless otherwise expressly agreed.

Exchanges/returns

Items in the wrong size can generally be exchanged. Items must be sent back undamaged, intact and with no signs of wear. Customers pay all shipping and handling. For returns, we generally only accept prepaid packages. We will not accept damaged or soiled items for return, i.e., we will not refund payment or only refund part of it. Customers pay all shipping and handling. If you want play it safe, send us a quick e-mail and we will send you our measuring method and find the right size.

Data handling

Personal information obtained during the transaction will only be used to complete the transaction. We will store this information until further notice. We will only share it with the carrier as part of the shipping process. You can have the information you provided erased at any time.
